"Billy found the perfect place for my business after struggling for many years with no luck finding anything that fit my needs. No other real estate broker matches Billy’s nonstop effort toward finding a space that aligns with your budget, location of interest, and size requirements. Placing my trust in Billy’s experience was the greatest decision that I made because he is very talented in his field, he’s reasonable, always one step ahead, and understands the hidden tricks behind real estate. Billy went beyond all my expectations and he is the reason that I have an opportunity to advance my business at a great location in Philadelphia. I have full confidence that Billy can work the same magic for any person searching for real estate, whether it is commercial or residential. Feel free to stop by my business at 227 Quarry Street!"

"I was having trouble finding a commercial property to lease until I came across Billy Creagh. He has been a lifesaver. He has worked tirelessly to locate a place and has been providing me with real-time updates. Long story short, I have searched for over two weeks with no luck. I have called almost all realtors in Philadelphia, and in three days since I have been in contact with Billy, I have seen multiple properties, and I am in the process of signing a lease. A really stand-up guy; highly recommended!"
